Trump's Tax Plan effect on Chinese concrete brick machine export

On December 1, 2017, the U.S. Senate passed its version of the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. On November 16, 2017, the U.S. House of Representatives passed its version of the Act. Both plans are based on the Trump administration's plan presented on September 27, 2017.

The Senate plan cuts the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 20 percent in 2019. The House plan does so in 2018. Both plans cut income tax rates, double the standard deduction, and eliminate personal exemptions.

1. America tax plan will make many big companies come back to American, but Concrete block machine is a mature technology products, it belong to labor and capital intensive products, but American is a technology intensive but lack of labor country, so it will have little effect about China concrete brick machine manufacturer.

2. Concrete brick machine production and export is Chinese traditional products, China have mature method, channel and customers to do this business, but American have no this. Even if American start to manufacturing concrete brick machines, it still need at least 2 years to make it grow and mature, but at that time, China block machine manufacturers had already got some method to get more market.

3. Concrete automatic interlocking brick machine is not a high technology products, American produce block machines cost will high, that means sales price also high, but African, Asia and South American customer of block factory or new starter just need good quality and suitable block machine, but price is reasonable is ok. So China automatic block machine exporter will not lost its block machine customers and market.
